Scroll
The Scroll command performs directional movement within any scrollable region of the UI. It is used to reveal additional content, navigate long pages, or adjust the viewport when no specific target element is required. Drizz supports both vertical and horizontal scrolling, with a default 50% scroll distance that can be customized when needed.
Scroll commands are ideal for exploratory movement, dense layouts, multi-section screens, or situations where repositioning the viewport is required before performing the next action. Drizz intelligently adapts to UI blockers, nested scroll views, and varying device sizes to ensure consistent and predictable scroll behavior.
1. Basic Scroll (Vertical / Horizontal)
Used when you simply need to reveal the next portion of a page or list without targeting a specific item. Drizz enables controlled vertical and horizontal scrolling, automatically applying a 50% default scroll distance while allowing full customization to accommodate complex or tightly structured interfaces.
Example:
Scroll down
Scroll up
Scroll left
Scroll right
2. Scroll With Custom Distance
Use when the default 50% scroll is insufficient or too large due to dense UI layouts.
Example:
Scroll down by 30%
Scroll up by 70%
Scroll right by 40%
3. Scroll inside a Specific Section
Use when a page contains multiple scrollable areas and only one region should be scrolled.
Example:
Scroll down inside product list with scroll percentage of 30%
Scroll right inside banner carousel with scroll percentage of 60%
Scroll up inside reviews section with scroll percentage of 90%
4. Scroll to Complete Slider Actions
Use when dragging/swiping the slider is required to complete an action. For slider-based CTAs, it is essential to clearly specify both the start direction and the intended action. Providing explicit direction and intent ensures accurate execution and prevents misinterpretation by the engine.
Example:
Drag the slider from left to right to receive the order.
