Navigation Command

Navigation Commands are used to interact with map components or any non-standard UI surfaces where conventional element-based Tap/Swipe commands do not work. These commands operate directly on the visible surface (e.g., maps, canvas layers, custom graphics) rather than relying on the UI tree or accessibility layer.
